California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. AM Lead Magnates adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Information We Have Collected

Within the last twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers:

• Identifiers: Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers.
• Professional or employment-related information: Current or past job history, job title, company name, industry, and business contact information.
• Internet or other similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.

We collect this personal information directly from you when you register for webinars, download whitepapers, or interact with our telemarketing teams, as well as indirectly from you automatically as you navigate our publishing network.

2. Sharing and "Selling" of Personal Information

Under the CCPA, a "sale" is defined broadly to include the sharing of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Because our core business involves generating B2B leads by syndicating our clients' content to our audience, we do "sell" or share personal information within the meaning of the CCPA.

Specifically, when you explicitly engage with a client's sponsored content (e.g., downloading an ebook), we share your contact and professional information with that specific client so they may contact you regarding their related products or services.

3. Your Rights Under the CCPA

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information:

• Right to Know and Access: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.
• Right to Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out").
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
